I ordered a case and regretted not double-checking the fit more carefully because it didn’t sit the way I wanted. The return page threw me off a bit at first, and I probably spent more time than I needed trying to figure it out before finally emailing customer service.
Once I reached out, they replied quickly and sent over the return info. The refund showed up a few days after they received the case back. It wasn’t totally seamless, but I do wish I’d contacted them sooner because the support person was helpful and made the whole thing much easier.

It does the job, mostly. I’ve been using it for my laptop, and for little bumps or tossing it in my bag, it feels fine. No issues there. But the corners... they feel a little thin, like that’s where I’d worry if it actually got dropped. Shipping was okay, nothing special. Overall, not bad at all. Just thought it would feel a bit sturdier.

I waited way longer than expected for my order to arrive, and the updates were basically useless. No clear info, no real tracking progress, just sitting there wondering what was going on. what a joke.

The designs are clean and simple, and I do like that style, but some of the cases feel a little too plain for what they cost. They’re not bad, but I do regret not looking around a bit more before buying.

I picked up an Incase laptop sleeve a few months ago and it’s been great so far. I use it almost every day and the zipper still works perfectly, plus the outside hasn’t ripped or started looking all worn out or anything. The padding feels decent enough when I toss it in my bag, so I’m not really worried about my laptop. My only small complaint is that the material seems to grab dust a little, which is kinda annoying, but not a huge deal. Overall, I’m happy with it and would buy it again

This case actually fits my MacBook just right. I haven’t had any issues with it so far, and it feels like it’s doing the job perfectly.

I really wanted this to be useful for trips, but it’s just too bulky to be practical and uncomfortable to carry around. It doesn’t feel portable at all. I also had to chase them to get my issue sorted, which made the whole experience even more frustrating.

I’d say it works well for the most part. The pages are organized enough that I can usually find what I need without too much trouble. To be fair, there’s probably still room to make things a little cleaner, but overall it’s been easy to use.
